Payment & consultations
This is a sector 2 practice, not affiliated with OPTAM / OPTAM-CO, with unregulated fees. Third-party payment is accepted for the national health insurance portion, but not for complementary insurance.
Payment is made directly at the practice after the consultation, less the national health insurance portion if your carte Vitale is up to date. You are then reimbursed by the national health insurance (up to the sector 1 rate) and by your complementary insurer, according to your policy. Depending on your cover, an out-of-pocket amount may remain.

Unregulated fees (sector 2), displayed at the practice. Non-listed procedures (notably StarFormer® sessions and certain laser treatments) are not reimbursed; a written quotation is provided before any treatment. In accordance with the national medical agreement, fees are set with restraint (“tact et mesure”); reimbursement by the Assurance maladie is based on the standard tariffs, stated on each quotation and available from the secretariat.
Laboratory tests
Smear tests performed at the practice and other laboratory tests are invoiced directly by the laboratories. Results are sent to the practice and to the patient. If a result is abnormal, the practice offers you a dedicated consultation to go through it and organise the next steps. If you have not received your results within one month, please contact the practice.
For specialised tests (biopsy, abnormal smear, NIPT, trisomy 21 screening, genetic assessment), a follow-up appointment — usually by video — is scheduled in advance to present the results, which are received by the practice. You may request a copy of your results at any time (Article L.1111-7 of the French Public Health Code). Reimbursement follows the same principles as for consultations.
Procedures
When a delivery, caesarean section or surgical procedure is scheduled, you receive by e-mail an information leaflet, an informed consent form and a detailed quotation, to be read carefully and accepted by electronic signature. No clinic booking is made before your signature is received.
For deliveries and caesarean sections, the practice's quotation covers Dr GATRI's fees only. Two additional costs should be anticipated, to be arranged directly with the clinic: clinic charges (stay, operating theatre, equipment) and the anaesthetist's fees.
Organisation
The exact length of a consultation cannot be predicted: some require unplanned samples or technical procedures, and obstetrics is inherently unpredictable — the physician may be called away for a delivery or caesarean section. We do our best to keep you informed of any significant delay and thank you for your understanding.
